FB live stuck at "waiting for live video"

I've been streaming for awhile now using the wireless connection then I decided to shift to Lan connection for better quality stream but now I'm stuck at waiting for live video on facebook live. I already change the bind IP to my IP on advance settings but still wont connect to FB live.

FB Live Producer web page has 'issues'. If you start streaming from OBS, get green light status in OBS, etc then try refreshing Live Producer web page. I found FB shows extra options when using Chrome vs MS Edge Chromium.
