fb has lost video signal for sometime now issue

Hi, i have comcasts fasest speed available in my area 1.2Tb down and 40 upload. i was streaming to facebook just fine with a much slower isp just a few months ago. I've tried chaning all sorts of setting i've seen recommended nothing helped. Here is my log files

any idea of what device? i plan on trying to stream again tonight ill attach those logs as well and screen shot of what fb shows me it's like everything is fine then all bitrates drop to 0 then reconnect a second or two later
