hello i have more than 50mb upload speed but obs or r1 test for twitch only allows me or show test results for 5k bitrate is it normal ? is it twitch limiting ?

Speedtests aren't really a good measure of what your connection can actually handle. Contact your ISP and explain the issue, there is likely some kind of throttling or an issue along the route between you and twitch.

Twitch limits the bandwidth for non partnered streamers to 6000kbps. Only when you are partnered you can go up to 8000kbps.
