Fancy Zones like solution for Preview Window

I use microsoft Power Toys for the Fancy Zone app. After using that I was wondering why OBS doesn't use something like this for the Preview pane.

Where I can use a hotkey and hover over preset zones to snap the content I want to show to that zone.
