I recently changed something in settings from something to opengl. I don't know how to fix it and i've reinstalled it twice.

Advanced options. Change renderer to Direct3D 11
If problems continue, post a complete log again

I doubt he even has a compatible GPU with such a crappy CPU.

i cant open it to change it but yes it does work Osiris cuz it worked before ಠ_ಠ

try deleting user settings when you uninstall then reinstall. (just check the user settings box on uninstall)
