Migrating from WIN 10 to new WIN 11 box. Used PC mover. OBS wouldn't run. That's a problem with a lot of the migrated software, so I didn't look for why, just reinstalled using a download of the latest. New installation on startup gets errors: failed to open user.ini: -1 and failed to initialize global.config. Assumed conflict of some sort with the first installation, so removed it all and started from scratch. Got the same errors on startup. Removed it all again, downloaded the latest again, still the same errors on startup.
