Failure on first use

I have just installed OBS & set it to record my desktop, with audio off. When I click on Start Recording, I get an error message & to see the log file (last part of this attached). There seems to be something missing but have no idea where to find it nor what to do with when I find it. Help please.

Your hardware is too old for OBS to use the Quicksync (QSV) hardware encoder. You need to switch to x264 in Settings > Output > Recording > Video Encoder.

Your version of OBS is to new for your hardware encoder. Try 28/27 versions.

Помогите, пожалуйста, при запуске выдаёт сообщение: Точка входа в процедуру isWow64Progress2 не найдена в библиотеке DLL C:\ и дальше путь установки. Что не так?
