The logs showing this "failed to bind socket: An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used. (10047)" it can be a few things have a search using the line from the log there are some posts which should help.
ok... so i fixed it... i had to change in advanced, bind to ip... select the ehernet connection with my local ip... but, 10 hours ago, the stream worked withput any issue. what changed... i did not install apps, create new connections nothing.
