Bug Report Failed Updates and No Sound

Hello Everyone,

Attempted to Live Stream on YouTube tonight and had no sound broadcasting to audience. Sound tests fine in other applications. Also had a series of failed updates just prior. It appears to have updated now, but still no sound. I've changed no settings since the last Live Stream, and OBS has worked fine every time I've used it, which has been about 20 times.

Mic is plugged in, unmuted, selected and recognized. Input/output settings are correct on Sound Settings. Again, I've changed nothing since last use. Only difference is the attempted OBS update prior to using the software.

Unistalled/reinstalled, still the same issue. Please help; I've come to rely heavily on OBS!

This is also happening to me as well. I've Been Using The same settings for a while now, and after the new Mac Software Update, my audio has ceased to work. I've been trying to find different ways to get it to start accepting my audio again, and have failed to find a solution. It's not my mic, Since I've Tried a couple and nothing seems to work. Even My Soundflower desktop audio isn't working. Everything else is fine, but without audio there is no way I'm going to stream. Hopefully a solution pops up soon.

If you rely heavily on OBS, downgrade to Mojave or better yet, High Sierra.

Apple has deprecated technology that OBS depends on, and currently the app has many problems running on Catalina.
