Question / Help Failed to start streaming/recording error.

Whenever I click start streaming/recording, I get an error that says:
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drives are up to date.

I have uploaded my log file.
I am using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (not sure if that helps as my knowledge of computers is very limited).

I finally am able to record by switching my encoder in output settings to QuickSync H.264. I don't know if that's recommended but it seems to be working fine now.
