Question / Help Failed to start streaming. OBS can't see AMD Driver. How to fix??

Please see the screens below.
It's very strange that OBS requires me to update Video Driver.

I have the last version.

Please advice how to fix this glitch. Thank you

I suppose the trouble is in
"<Plugin::AMD::EncoderH264::GetCommonLowLatencyInternal> Failed to retrieve value, error AMF_INVALID_ARG (code 4)"

How to fix that?
