Failed to start streaming. It asked me to update my video drivers but all of my drivers are updated.

Yesterday, I can stream using AMD HW H.294 (AVC)

Today when I clicked "start streaming" a notice pop up. It said I need to make sure my drivers are up to date. I even reinstalled the graphics driver but same happened. I ll attach the log and please distinguished what is the problem.
