Question / Help Failed to start streaming error

I'm getting an error when testing out streaming on a new PC. The log is below. I see the "'ffmpeg_nvenc' not found" error, which looks like it is trying to use the nvenc encoder, but Software (x264) is selected as the encoder in the settings. The nvidia codec is not installed since I am using an AMD card. So I'm a bit confused why it is trying to use that codec.

Anyone have any ideas?
