Question / Help Failed to start recording Error after updating to 19.0.2

I took a few months break from recording and when i came back this morning OBS Studio had an update to 19.0.2 waiting to install. I updated my OBS and now i can't do any recordings due to a (Starting the Output Failed) error i'm receiving on start up.

Please help, I have been trying to figure this out all morning and have made no head way.

Expecting us to be able to help when your log doesn't show a recording attempt isn't exactly realistic.
