Failed to start Output, please check Log

Normally i don't have any problems using OBS but today it "Failed to start the Output" please check log, or some such.
I tried reading through the log but didn't find anything. Mostly because i don't know what i'm looking for in there, so please help

1. The configured encoder is not recognized. This can result in failure to go live or to record. To fix this, go to Settings -> Output and change the 'Encoder' option.
2. You may need to use an older version of OBS.

What's going on is that your system somehow got configured to use nvenc even though the 1030 physically doesn't have it. You're going to need to make a new profile to change encoders.
