Had 2 crashes within 20 minutes whilst streaming to twitch earlier with an error of "Failed to recreate D3D11: Failed to create resource view"

start by clean installing gpu driver with DDU in safe mode https://www.wagnardsoft.com/

Did that solve your problem?
I reinstalled the windows in both the gaming pc and streaming and uploaded everything again and the problem persists
