Failed to Open Video Codec: Invalid Argument

Hey guys, I just tried to record a game I was playing and it gave me the error: (see attached image)
Failed to Open Video Codec: Invalid Argument

I just updated the Nvidia Driver to the latest version to see if it was that. No luck, I was able to stream just fine with the Nvidia NVENC H.264

These are my recording settings. I know my bit rate is pretty high but I am going for quality since this is a game with a lot of movement.
PC running an i711700k at 5.0 with an Nvidia 3090 AND 32 GBS of RAM.

The video encoder you selected looks like an external encoder. Try using one of the default encoders that comes with OBS.
Hardware (NVENC, H.264) will do the trick.

Also, it's recommended to use CQP for recording instead of CBR. Just set the CQ level between 23 and 15 (lower better quality) and test it.
