Question / Help Failed to open NVENC: Unknown error occurred on Fallout 4

Wanted to try to record Fallout 4 for my friends to watch, only come up with an error that says:

"Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details."

My current Nvidia drivers are 358.91, which is geared more towards Fallout 4 than future drivers since I usually get wicked FPS lag with anything non-358.91.
