Question / Help Failed to open NVENC, not sure how to fix, NEED HELP!

Im trying to use NVENC to stream, I've updated the drivers on my graphics card and also uninstalled OBS. I attached a log file for you all to see.

I just uninstalled the drivers now and reinstalled, still doesnt work, I also ran OBS as admin
