Question / Help Failed to open NVENC Codec

I been using OBS to record my games for awhile now. Now I get an error code saying there isnt a NVENC capable device found. I did look up couple of forums suggesting it could be Nvidia's drivers thats causing the problem. I provided the log file for you guys to see for yourself.

You set GPU 1, but you only have 1 GPU. Put it back to 0.

I set it to 0 and still get an error
