Failed to open NVENC codec & missing xcomposite capture

Hi,
i installed obs 29 via flatpak and i cant use nvenc with the error message:

I also tried installing obs via apt, get the same error code. here is the logfile https://obsproject.com/logs/aRBdB1stnSdsuoqw
i have a 1080ti with the driver version 525.78.01. i also can encode video files using nvenc directly in ffmpeg without problems.

i also miss the window capture option xcomposite. i only have pipewire as an option.

Update: this only happens when i try to record in HEVC. H264 works. how can i make HEVC recording work?

Did you find a solution for this? I'm experiencing the same issue. Not sure what broke in the update but man it sucks.
