Question / Help Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library

Suddenly OBS stopped working and throws this error all the time or interface just freezes for more than 10 minutes and application not responds.
Tried to update drivers to the lastest version.

I've 2 GPU's in SLI and I was used GPU #1 for rendering NVENC, not GPU #0.
But as I can see in log there is only 1 GPU listed, not two.
Is there something wrong with that?
