Failed to load NVENC

Hi
I have tried around 10 drivers also copied from my notebook the OBS im using there, no success. With the same driver as my notebook and the same settings plus obs settings its still giving me the same error.
I have tried also enabling in BIOS the integrated gpu and swapping the GPUs in obs but no success. Currently the integrated is disabled. Had an older card before with around 3 year old drivers and NVENC was working.

Since when? 2 months ago NVENC recording was working with old GPU. I have found a year old topics where people are stating W7 is not supported.
