Hi! Please check to see if OBS still generated a log file in the background and attach it to your post. Logs can be found at "%AppData%\obs-studio\logs".

Oh, wait. I didn't check that screenshot closely enough. That's not the right folder. You need to go to "%AppData%\obs-studio\logs", which is something like "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\logs".

Your GPU supports DirectX 11, so it should start up fine. Both your GPU and CPU are a bit weak though, so you might struggle to encode video once you get it running.

Are you sure that you have a GTX 550 Ti in that computer? OBS isn't detecting it. Try checking GPU-Z, or even your system's Device Manager. If you don't actually have one, then you won't be able to run OBS, because the other graphics card (Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family) does not support DirectX 11, which is required.

Also, please use the "Upload a File" button below the posting box to attach logs. It makes them a bit easier to read.

I seem to be having the same problem, I have DirextX 11, so not sure what is going on.

Having DirectX 11 software installed is not the same thing as having hardware support for DirectX 11. Your graphics adapter, Radeon X1600 Series, does not support DirectX 11 at a hardware level, which is required by OBS. Your graphics adapter only supports DirectX 9c. You can verify this by checking GPU-Z. Your CPU is also not strong enough for live encoding video. You should get a new computer to properly run OBS.

In the future, please make your own thread. That way, you can have a clean and uncluttered conversation with other specifically about your issue, and you also avoid possibly hijacking someone else's thread with an unrelated issue.
