Bug Report Failed to initialize video: Unspecified error

Hello, I'm a bit new to OBS.
I started using OBS days ago, it worked properly, but I had to reinstall my PC, and it now just keeps saying this error. I don't know what to do, maybe I skipped something, that's neccessary to the program?

And again, it worked properly before reintalling my pc.
My Video card is up to date.

Any suggestions on how can I upgrade it? Or which driver is appropriate?
