Bug Report Failed to initialize video: Unspecified error

Hi. I downloaded and ran the OBS software using 0.14.2-Installer 3 days ago, and it has been running fine - untill today.

I have rebooted, deleted, reinstalled, reinstalled from fresh source, and I am still getting the same error message. Tried running as Administrator etc., Air is working fine

Using Windows 7,on a 64 HP machine. Cannot get the logfile, as the program doesn't want to play.

Any help appreciated.

Try portable OBS Studio in different folder: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-and-obs-studio-portable-mode-on-windows.359/

If portable works, then something is wrong with your profile folder, where OBS Studio store its settings (%appdata%/obs-studio/).

Thanks. worked out a work around - delete the file in Program Files (x86) in the c:// windows using the uninstall icon in the obs-studio folder. Reinstall using clean download. I had tried using a uninstall program on my desk top and the windows 7 uninstall process.
