Bug Report Failed to initialize video: Invalid parameters

I just downloaded OBS Multi-platform and when I closed the program and tried to reopen it, (message appears) :
"Failed to initialize video: Invalid parameters"

Yes this is a laptop...
PC Info:

Windows 8.1
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2830 @ 2.16GHz
RAM: 4.00GB (3.89 usable)
64 bit Operating System, x64 based processor
 
Hmmm.. It seems quite low powered for the task. perhaps it'll be more useful once hardware encoding is implemented. Still, it shouldn't have those kind of issues. You'll need someone more intimate with the inner workings...
