Failed to Initialize Video, GPU may not be supported or need to be updated

Hi, I've done a little googling and searching on the forums but can't seem to find any fix to my specific issue, there are a few similar ones.

I installed OBS from source like I have many times before on Manjaro / Arch / Fedora Gnome but I decided to change to Fedora 32 Cinnamon and this is the first time to come across this issue.

My graphics driver is NVIDIA 440.100

Basically whenever trying to open OBS I receive the error
Code:
error: Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphics drivers may need to be updated.

The output from lspci is
Code:
lspci |grep -E "VGA|3D"
1a:00.0 Non-VGA unclassified device: YUAN High-Tech Development Co., Ltd. Device 0380
1d:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP104 [GeForce GTX 1080] (rev a1)

Log file from /.config/obs-studio/logs is included.

Ive tried re-installing OBS multiple times to no avail.

I'd appreciate any help

My apologies, turns out it was human error (as always) I misspelled the last config file in the installation step.
