Hi all, i am experiencing an error on the swapchain.
This happened before however it was fixed. But this time, it is more complicated since windows update.
Also, i can't use "check for updates" on OBS. it will just do nothing.

I have OBS and Nvidia RTX 4050. No matter how many times I open OBS, the camera is not showing. Just white background.
Images are also not loading. I have DirectX 12, Windows 11.
I attached the logs. However, the log indicates:
1. No AJA UI Plugin
2. Failed to load decklink-captions.dll and decklink-output-ui.dll
3. Decklink dirvers may not be installed
4. SKipping modules: libcef.dll, libEGL.dll, libGLESv2.dll (not OBS plugins)
5. NVIDIA denoiser disabled
6. Device_swapchain_create (D3D11): Failed to create swap chain (887A0005)
7. Device 'Microphone Array (Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones)' Terminated
8. [obs-websocket] [obs_module_unload] Shutting down...

Hi guys, I have encountered this issue. The video is not working nor is media capture and everything. The whole screen is just white color. I do not know why this is happening but previously it was working well. I do remember that I was using OBS, Teams, DeepFaceLive (Python swapping face)...
