Question / Help Failed to create buffer

I'm not sure when this started, but I'll be streaming(maybe even for a few hours) and then the display freezes in OBS and it stops broadcasting. When I looked at the log, it spams this:
Code:
21:44:22.867: device_vertexbuffer_create (D3D11): Failed to create buffer (887A0005)
21:44:22.867: Couldn't create UV vertex buffer.

I've tried removing OBS and reinstalling, not installing any additional plugins except for the browser plugin, and I'm using my scenes still if that would matter at all. It seems like it happens the most when I'm running Arma 3.

Note: The... button still says I'm streaming, and if I click stop streaming it just sits there thinking about it, I think it changes to say "stopping stream" and just sits there never changing. Besides the display everything else seems to be responsive.

Do you get any notifications about a display driver crash, or texture map failed?
No, there are no notifications. I'll be streaming and then people who are watching ask me why I stopped streaming, that's my notification.

As a side note, I really wish there was more of an indication that you are in fact streaming. In old OBS when you stopped streaming the display shut off and so it was very noticeable. Having the display up even when not streaming makes sense but imo if you're going to do that then there needs to be more of an indication when you're actually streaming. I've already managed to stream while I sleeping twice now. XD

I'm not going to tinker with a work-around that either won't work or cause more problems, I'm just not going to be able to stream until it's resolved. Woo Microsoft!

Performing a clean driver install isn't a workaround, it's about ensuring that your drivers aren't causing the problem.
