Question / Help Failed to create 2D texture

I've noticed this has only happened to me while streaming Overwatch and it takes anywhere from 15 mins to 5 hours to happen. The time on OBS continues to climb but then the kb/s shows 0. Stream looks frozen on OBS but OBS isn't frozen and is still responsive. Stream stops. I've been searching for a few days now and haven't found a similar issue. The log should be attached... thanks for your help!

I too started getting this, have only tried Overwatch since noticing.
0.16.2

Same exact symptoms as described above.
OBS UI is still responsive, but the canvas freezes (game capture and camera).

Here's a snippet of my log, showing the freeze in under two minutes of having gone live.
