Question / Help Failed to create 2D texture! HELP?

Hello,

my last stream went down because of an annoying error: "Your amd graphics driver went down and was recovered" Then i looked at the Log: https://gist.github.com/ba169b7a8c4a15cbc5f494780b85cadc
It sayed failed to create 2d texture. I updated all my graphics drivers and my pc is ok. My pc is very cold while streaming, too. So can anybody help me? Thanks for all your answers!

im not sure about main problem, maybe run DDU and reinstall driver and dx https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35&nowin10
but other problem is that you try to stream with crf rate control when twitch requires CBR. you can use calc in my signature to set it right
