Question / Help Failed to connect

So I've been trying to stream for the past couple of days and I've been unable to do so. Every time I try I get the message "Failed to connect to server. The connection has timed out. Make sure you've connected a valid streaming service and no firewall is blocking the connection." I have turned off the firewall and changed the stream key and streaming service from restream.io to twitch and still the message persists. I have attached my current log file and I hope I can get some help soon. thank you
