Question / Help Failed to Connect

I just installed OBS today and have tried setting it up to stream on my new Picarto.tv channel. However, I have found that every few seconds it gives me the error that is stated in the screencap.

I have tried to address this issue by changing the Streamkey, however this has not worked, even after doing this over three times. I don't know if I can change the server, as there is no obvious option to do so with Picarto.

I don't know if this will be helpful, but I just thought I'd say that I'm using a Surface Pro 3 that is running Windows 10.



Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
