Failed to connect

Hello!
This thursday (July 25) I updated OBS to version 30.2.2 and on that same day I could stream with no problems like always. The next day (July 26), after I pressed "start streaming", my OBS started displaying "connecting..." for like 10 seconds and after that the following message is shown:

Failed to connect
Could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server.

Here is everything I've tried so far:
1) turning my pc and internet off
2) switching servers
3) disconnecting my account from OBS and reconnecting it (multiple times)
4) streaming only with my stream key
5) downloading the steam version of OBS
6) downloading a previous version of OBS (2 different versions)

I also tried streaming with streamlabs OBS and this worked, so my problem is specifically with OBS and none of my friends are having this problem. I stream on and off for about 8 years and never had this kind of problem so I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Let's start with not ignoring service settings. It looks like your Keyframe Interval is set to 0(auto) which sets it 250 frames which at 60 FPS comes out 4.1666666666666666... not what Twitch is expecting.

Thank you for the reply!

I always had 2 seconds on Keyframe Interval, but when I was trying different things I switched the Video Encoder to see if that would do anything and it seems that that setting gets defaulted to 0. Anyways, I put it at 2 again and tried to stream but the problem is still there.

Well, I resolved the issue.
For some reason if I choose a server it doesn't work now. But if I put the direct link to the server (for example: rtmps://bue01.contribute.live-video.net/app) it works. So if somebody is having this problem, you can try this.

Having the same issues.. i haven't streamed for a couple weeks due to health go on to stream today.. and I have have the latest version of OBS 30.2.2 and it says failed to connect on twitch I did everything the OP did and it still isn't working
I have the same problem last Sunday for Facebook . I have the multiple output plugin loaded for Youtube it worked ok. Added Facebook to this plugin and works ok for both. Network window in Advanced settings is not accessible to adjust binding option.
