Question / Help Failed To Connect To Stream

Ever time I try to record, It says, "Failed To Connect To Stream." I'm trying to stream on Youtube. It is set to "Youtube/Youtube Gaming, and Primary Youtube Ingest Server." I have reset my key, and added the new one in about ten times. Also I have also tried to change my settings for output, video, and even audio! Someone help me. This is new, cause i was able it stream a couple of mounths ago!
 
Go to advanced options and check the entry for what network interface to bind to.

By default it is set to automatic, you might want to change it to your IP address.

Thanks, now when I livestream It streams, but not on Youtube, I have no idea where the stream is going to. Also Youtube on my live dashboard everytime I stream, nothing shows up, Is there a particular one I have to pick?
