Question / Help "Failed to Connect to Server"

Hear me out before you reply anything...

So, everytime I attempt to stream from OBS Studio to Twitch, it delays for 5 seconds and then shows "kb/s: 0", and gives me a message that it "Failed to connect to server", with nothing underneath it. I've tried to change my server location, the website I was trying to stream to (Youtube Gaming, Picarto, etc.), resetting my Stream Key, everything I could find off of these stupid Yahoo answers and OBS Studio forums, but to no avail. I even downloaded some Stream tester, where seemingly all the results were "0" in the quality column (I did kinda stop one-third into it, because I felt like it wasn't working). Please help me, I will provide any information that you need, I just want to stream something.

Screenshot of settings is not helpful.

OBS session log showing your stream attempt actually would be.

settings - advanced - bind to ip
If it's default, change it to your ipv4 address.
If it's not default, change it to default, then if that doesn't work change it to your ipv4 address.
