Failed to Connect to Server

We experienced another connection failure this morning - "Failure to connect to server - Error reaching host...."

I tried verifying and changing the streaming key, restarted the computer as well as he LAN switch. Facebook allows me to start the LIVE VIDEO process, and accepts the posting details (bgreen check mark for step 2/3 in the create live video process indicator). However, it will not allow me to START STREAMING (no green check in step 1/3). Below is an exerpt of the logfile during the failure (timestamp 09:31). Below that is the same excerpt for the previous week (timestamp 09:38), which was successful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OOOOOPPPPPSSSSS - I found the problem. It was the "Bind to IP" setting - it had been set to an IP address, but now I have it set to "Default". My apologies to the group.
