Question / Help Failed to connect to server

I have installed nginx on ubuntu 16.04 EC2 instance on AWS, and i setup everything as it should, I followed this tutorial https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-set-up-your-own-private-rtmp-server-using-nginx.50/

but when i try to start streaming i just get Failed to connect to server!

any idea why this is happening?
