Question / Help Failed to connect to server

I was broadcasting 1 week ago last. Today i was planning to open my first broadcasting and I noticed that I received 0 bits.
My problem. I added obs to the firewall and that's it for now.
Failed to connect to server
The Connetion timeout. Make sure you've configured a valid streaming
service and no firewall is blocking the connection
