Failed to connect to server when streaming to twitch. This only happens on Windows, not MACOS

Hi there,

I have been trying to figure this issue out for days, but it still hasn't been resolved. I am using a imac pro running an Intel Xeon W-2150B Cpu, 64Gb Ram, and Windows 10. I have been streaming on Bootcamp via Windows because it seems to work better with my capture card. However, when I try to go live on twitch, I get the error "Failed to connect to server. The connection timed out. Make sure you've configure a valid streaming service and no firewall is blocking the connection." I already allowed OBS in my firewall permissions.

Other notes:
-OBS lets me broadcast to Youtube via Windows just fine
-I can also broadcast to Twitch via Mac OS just fine without this error.

Not sure what this issue could be...

Please post a log file. Look in help menu. First restart OBS and do a test stream/recording. Then upload the log file and copy the link in here. And press that Analize button to troubleshoot common issues.

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall OBS and reinstall in order to fix the changed made by this plugin. Once you do this, in this order, please read again the previous post and follow directions this time.

Verify windows firewall to see if it's blocking the connection. Also, I dind't saw this link since a long time ago.
Select automatic server in OBS settings.

If it works from other computers then the issue is in this particular computer, not OBS.

I have added OBS in my outbound rules in firewall, it doesn't work. I have also selected auto server for twitch and nothing is working. Same error.
