So i Streamed just fine last night everything worked on obs without a hitch but the next day i tried to get my stream up and running and to no avail nothing worked and i kept getting a failed to connect to server issue. Now i thought it just might obs so i downloaded xsplit again and went through all the trouble of setting it up then tried to attempt to start my stream....nothing just massive frame loss/drops. so then i thought maybe it was twitch lets try to stream to youtube and that worked no problem at all right away. Also changing to a different server other than a US one will work for twitch. I haven't changed any settings haven't tried anything new but now i can stream on a US server it seems any help?

I am really interested in the solution to this as well. It works for my regular OBS but not OBS Studio. I cant get any US server to work for streaming, though I have not tried any foreign servers.

-Edit: I have also tried resetting my stream key

From everything you've said, it sounds to me like you should be talking to your ISP about them throttling your connection to US Twitch servers.

You only ever have problems connecting to US Twitch servers and you have those problems regardless of what software you use. Call and tell them what you've told us, that you can stream to foreign servers and to non-Twitch US servers fine and that you only have a problem with US Twitch servers. Ask them to look into it. It's clearly not a problem with OBS.

Okay then where are the youtube servers?
because i can stream to them just fine and on obs the only option for server is "main youtube server" which i think is strange?

I'm not saying you have a problem streaming to the US. I'm saying, because you have said, that you have a problem streaming to the US Twitch servers. There is a difference.

Thats what im saying sorry let me rephrase, im saying that i can stream to the youtube main server using obs where ever that may be yet i cant stream to us servers using obs.

UPDATE: i did in fact call my isp and they seem to have changed some things around for people in my location to help give better stability and safer gaming and internet usage so i will further update when they change my internet back to the way it used to be
