I get the same error when trying to start a stream, but the very rare times when it does go through, half of the frames are dropped.
I've seen many a topic with the same problem, and I have tried all solutions mentioned.
Verified internet connectivity. (1Gb down/ 300Mb up)
Updated OBS
Restarted OBS / Machine / Router / Gateway
Verified optimal and correct settings
Relogged and Verified Twitch account connection
Verified Gateway Firewall allowing / not blocking connections
Verified Machine Firewall allowing / not blocking connections
This machine is connected to the same gateway as another machine that runs the same settings on the same account, yet has no problem connecting and streaming.
I'm positive both machines are not streaming at the same time.
