Failed to connect to server: Hostname not found

I get a "Failed to connect to server: Hostname not found" every single time I try to start streaming. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled OBS - have reentered my Twitch/Key reset, and gone through every fix imaginable online.

One day, I streamed for my friend to watch while I played some League, then later that day tried to stream again and got this error. No changes in settings or anything related - same internet and everything.

-Changed Bind to IP in Advanced: Network settings

-Changed Servers

-Changed outputs

Settings and Error

My thought was that, despite reinstalling the program, OBS still gives me errors when creating new scenes or displays named after things I used before. So, my thought was maybe there is a hidden cache that needed to be deleted, but this seemed incorrect considering I even reinstalled windows on a new drive with no luck.

That error isn't from OBS, it is from your Operating System
it could be software setup on your OS, security software (including AntiVirus), or it could be your network (router, ISP, etc)

Can another PC on same LAN connect when your PC is having trouble (not time shifted... ie it worked before... at that same time)? if yes, then not network, but most likely PC
Your not using WiFI, are you?
