Question / Help Failed To Connect To Server: FPS problem?

New Member
I changed my common FPS value from 60 to 30, because I didn't want to stream at such a problematic amount for my computer and bandwidth, since 60 wasn't helping me with my stream quality, at all.
It now refuses to connect, even if I switch it back. I waited a few updates, but still refuses to work.
Why?
