Question / Help Failed to Connect - OBS Studio - Youtube

Hi guys,
for the last couple of days i'm having this problem with OBS and Youtube and i can't stream.

First of all, I always used OBS and Youtube (to stream) with no problems but somehow i encouter this problem some days ago.

I just say that I deleted all the files, re-installed OBS, with no success.
I can stream on Twitch with no problems, but not on Youtube.
The hardware from my PC is the same when all of this was working fine.
Nothing change on my net, maybe an update from Windows?

Interface: Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection #2 (ethernet, 1000 mbps)

I change it several times.
What do you mean with check Interface: Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection #2 (ethernet, 1000 mbps) ?

Check if it works. Check that there is no driver update for it. Swap the cable it uses for another to see if the cable is failing.

Now the problem is gone, I don't know why, I just bring Windows back to another time (system restore) and know everything works.
