Hey so I tried the Twitch connection thing like on a verified post or something and this happend.
Is there a way to fix it ? My internet is fine. Never got this issue before on Youtube (Exept now I'm forced to stream to Twitch since Youtube banned me for no reason)

Edit: Is this a issue on Twitch's side ?
Another Edit (Yes i forget to put a lot of things): Forgot to precise I get the 0 KB/s bug on OBS (last ver.) and StreamLabs OBS (last ver.) Tried everything on the guide. Tried to fix that for about 5 hours now.............

Don't think being banned would affect just a test. If that's not a problem with your local network, it's with your ISP.

Being banned on Youtube well... You can't test since I lost the streaming key and youtube is like Nah you ain't getting it back.
However my ISP is not an issue. Already did a lot of this I'm just tired of this, hoping it will fix itself

Make sure you don't have firewall rules that could be blocking RTMP traffic.

Swap out cables between your PC and router to make sure they are not cause of the fault.

Switch the cable from your PC and router to a different port on your router to make sure the port hasn't failed or is performing poorly.

Check that the driver for your network card is up-to-date.

Restart your router.

If your network is otherwise working fine and none of these simple investigations finds an obvious fault, it's possible, if not even likely, that either a problem at your ISP, or a deliberate action by your ISP designed to limit traffic to high volume sites like streaming providers (YouTube, Twitch, etc) is the cause of low performance or reliability in streaming.

oh ok ill try that
EDIT: Seems like it is indeed my ISP. Now when I try to stream the whole internet on my pc just crashes. The cable is fine so does the port (since I switched motherboards not a long ago cause needed to change the CPU socket) SO great my ISP is trash. Nice. Gotta contact them again...
