Fade audio completely out when fading to black.

Hi,

At the end of the stream, I want to fade to black and the stream audio to fade out completely.

Reading the forums, it says to create a new scene with NO AUDIO SOURCES. This I did.

I ran a test, selecting the new scene with nothing in it, then fading to black. Whilst the screen did go to black, the audio volume went down by half and didn't disappear.

Just to cover the bases, I added only a black image to the end scene. Streamed as normal, then changed to the end scene, selected the image, then faded to black with it. Same thing, Black screen but with the audio volume only down by half.

Why is there still audio when I've faded to an image in a scene with no audio sources?!?

In your blackscreen-scene, is the Mixer dock completely empty? Or does it have a microphone or other audio source in it? Normally see this happen when someone still has their mic active, and it's capturing the audio coming from their speakers.
Likewise, if you are using any Global Audio sources (in Settings->Audio) those will not be faded out.

Hurrah, disabled all the Global Audio Sources and that fixed it. :)
