Question / Help Facecam image gets all messed up after recording

Hi !
I have a Logitech C920 and I'm trying to record a facecam with my gameplay now.
But the problem is, when I test my image with the lights it looks nice and clean, but when I try to watch it after finish recording, my face get all messed up it looks like 140p vídeo (or even worse), every movement I make with my head or mouth while I'm talking looks like a bunch of little squares.

Also, I set the camera to 1920x1080 and resized it to smaller size to fit on the corner of the screen.

What could it be ?


- Windows 7
- 8GM RAM 1330Mhz
- Core i5
- Gtx 960

Could you explain it to me ? Why the game quality was good but only the facecam was terrible ?
Is there a way to keep it good with a smaller video size?
12GB for 29min is kind of heavy :O even for 60fps (only the game, the webcam is 30fps).
