I meet the same issue with streaming to Facebook.
The video keeps offline forever.
I off course followed the instructions and I also tried to stream smaller videos but it does not help.
I tried both OBS Classic and OBS Studio.
I tried to setup a custom stream and no luck.
I tried to setup a custom server and add authentication information and it does not work as expected.
I deleted all the config from OBS to start over with default parameters does not work.
The default Audio bitrate is faulty regarding FB Live streaming but even with the correct 128kbps value it does not work.
I wished to try XSplit as above but it is a pain in the ass to use (registration, paid software, etc...) so I gave up on that.
I tried to stream to Youtube and even in FHD it works.
I don't know what's wrong.
